I am the owner and host, Cesar S. Ballesteros of this recently renovated apartment, private owner, and I hope you enjoy my house "your house".

 I have been working in the world of tourism for many years and since July 2024 I have renovated and modernized this apartment, which I hope you enjoy.

The apartment is digitalized, access is through a digital code that is sent when formalizing the reservation, this code is entered into a keyboard located outside the door. The peephole on the access door is digital (it has a camera) and allows me to open it from a distance, or if you have any problems entering, you just have to press the "bell" on the peephole to contact me. Inside there is an "Alexa" device (no camera, just speaker), to turn the lights on/off with your voice, play music, ask the weather forecast. etc... it is very easy to use, just say: "Alexa... what time is it? Alexa, set me an alarm clock at... Alexa, recommend a nearby restaurant...... You can turn lights on and off: Alexa turns off the bedroom light, Alexa turns on the bathroom light, etc... etc... etc... enjoy it!!! (Only available in Spanish and English languages).
