The "Traveller Registration (Check-In), as well as the "handover of keys" is done digitally.

The Check-in form is sent by email. It is mandatory by law in Spain to fill out all fields with the requested information.

A code is sent to open the door that gives access to the apartment, which will be valid from 4:00 p.m. on the day of entry of the reservation, until 12:00 on the day of departure.

When you arrive at the portal there is a flight of stairs (12 steps), when you go up you have to turn left and you will see the elevator. For this reason, we do not recommend this accommodation to people with mobility difficulties or children's strollers. The elevator is small (maximum 4 people).

You have everything close by, I recommend walking and getting lost in the area, taking a boat to Cíes or at least to Cangas is an absolute obligation, you have to go no matter what. If you don't have much time to go to Cíes or you didn't get a place (which in summer is complicated if there is no time), you can go for a boat ride to Cangas (it's almost like the local maritime bus), have a white wine and an octopus tapa is "OBLIGATORY".. also Cangas beach is a good option if you don't have a car... Another obligation, walk through the old town... the Plaza de la Constitución... (our small main square) and have tapas in the Casco Vello area, and Plaza Compostela.

You are in the "center of Vigo" right where the old town begins (Casco Vello) you see it from the terrace, to access it, leaving from the portal you turn to the right and a little further on you will see some stairs that leave you on Teófilo Llorente street (where the terrace faces). Another trick is to access it from the shopping center (which has an elevator that goes down to the second floor) and leaves you on the walkway that you will see that crosses the road (Cánovas del Castillo). The area is very safe, I don't think you will have any problems. (I haven't had a single problem in 15 years).
